Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP), or Licensed Psychologist (LP) to join our growing team in Middleville, MI. This full-time position offers flexibility to work in-person at our office or in a hybrid model, with autonomy over your schedule and hours.

Our administrative staff handles all scheduling and billing, allowing you to fully focus on what matters most—providing high-quality care to your clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counseling Young Woman

    Provide individual, family, and group therapy

  • Conduct intake assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Integrate Christian faith principles into counseling as appropriate and desired by the client

Preferred Training/Experience

Trauma-Focused (TF) therapy and/or EMDR training or experience highly preferred

Qualifications:

  • Active Michigan licensure as an LPC, LLP, or LP
  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and professional integrity
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Commitment to practicing within the teachings and values of ScriptureCounseling Teen
