Payment Options
We aim to provide flexible payment options for your convenience. Payment for counseling services is expected at the time of your visit, which includes any insurance deductibles. You can pay using:
- Insurance
- Cash
- Checks
- Credit Cards
- Health Savings Account (HSA)
We offer a standard fee of $170 per hour, and we may also provide a sliding scale fee for those who qualify. If you need additional paperwork such as ADHD assessments or treatment records, please reach out to us at 269-205-2402 to discuss fees and payment arrangements.
Letter Writing Fee Policy
If you require a letter from your therapist, we want to make this process as straightforward as possible. Here’s how our letter-writing fee policy works:
- The fee for letter writing is $120 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
- A $120 advance payment is required.
- If the therapist completes the letter in less time, we will provide a refund based on the actual time required.
Please keep in mind that mental health professionals are not authorized to complete general health forms for long-term disability. Our expertise is primarily focused on mental health.
Medical Records Access Act
The Medical Records Access Act (Public Act 47 of 2004, MCL section 333.26269) allows healthcare providers, facilities, or medical records companies to charge a fee when a patient or their authorized representative requests a copy of their medical record.
